The SA22 is a legendary Australian inverter. It is the base model SE22 fitted with an energy management module (EM Mk II) It is the only inverter in the world that can run on either 12V or 24V. Over the past 14 years Selectronic have continued refining the SA22 to produce a high performance, high reliability inverter packed with features. These features include generator control, 3 x current shunt monitors, an LCD display showing AC volts, AC current and battery DC volts, adjustable AC output voltage, demand start and low battery protect and much more.
Power performance depends on whether you run the SA22 on a 12V or 24V battery. Either way, it is the surge power capacity (4kW @ 12V or 5kW @ 24V) and reliability that sets the SA22 apart from other inverters and is why it is so popular with mining companies, Dept. of Defence, mobile tradesmen, trawler operators and other harsh environment off grid power system operators.
