Delivery Terms & Information

By purchasing from this web store, you are agreeing to the below terms. 

It is your responsibility to read the terms that you are agreeing to. We take no responsibility for failure to read the below. 


Shipping Costs:

Our web store gives a freight estimate based on weight, size and delivery postcode. If this price is incorrect (or missing), we will advise of the correct cost. If you disagree with any additional costs, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. 

Any extra costs due to incorrect addresses, no safe to leave location, locked gates, dogs, re-deliveries, return to sender and any other are the responsibility of the buyer. Uninsured orders are not covered by us nor the carrier please see full details below.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We deliver within Australia via Star Track Toll / Toll Priority / Australia Post for some deliveries.  

You must ensure your street address is correct otherwise extra fees may be incurred (carriers policy) or your order may be lost for good (non-refundable). 

You must ensure the driver can get to your front door and you are not in an apartment block or gated community. 

You must ensure there is no dog roaming in your garden - couriers are not allowed to enter no matter how harmless your dog is. 


Authority to Leave

All items have an 'authority to leave' applied - which means the courier will leave at your door if you are not home to sign and they deem it safe .

If the item goes missing after this - it is not covered

If your address is not safe to leave you need to purchase 'signature delivery' or 'depot collect'. (see below)

If your address has nowhere safe to leave the parcel according to the driver, a re-delivery fee will be charged before the item will be re-delivered. You are liable for this - your order will not be delivered until this is paid. 


Signature Delivery 

The order will not be left without your signature. This must be purchased if your door is close or visible to the street or you are in an apartment block where others have access to your front door. 


Depot Collect

You will need to collect from the nearest depot to you. Normally, a card will be left in your letterbox with details for collection in business hours. 


PO Box Delivery

PO Box delivery is available, though StarTrack apply a fee, so this service must be selected unless you are in a rural town. 

For smaller items, we may be able to arrange Australia Post delivery, however this may incur a delay of 5 or more days. 


Apartment Blocks / Gated Communities / High Rise

If the driver can not get to your door, you need to advise us before placing your order.

If you need to buzz the driver in, you need to pay for 'signature delivery'. 

If there is a mail / freight drop at the building, please add those details to the notes area of your order. 


Rural  Addresses

Some rural deliveries may attract higher freight costs than the store quotes. If this is the case we will advise - if you don't agree we will cancel the order.  

Rural addresses that have no door delivery often use a PO Box / RMB. If your local PO Box location operates as the freight depot, no need to purchase Po Box delivery - just put your street address and PO Box number. 

INSURANCE / TRACKING

Insurance / Claims 

Orders are not insured unless requested and paid for at the time of ordering. Without insurance you take the risk of loss or damage. 

Uninsured orders can not be claimed for loss or damage, through us, the courier, your bank, credit card company or any other. You are agreeing to this by neglecting to request insurance. 

In the case of an item arriving damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and email to us immediately. Do not throw out the packaging. 

We will reply with details on how to proceed with the return / claim. 

Insured orders will be reimbursed or repaired or replaced as per the couriers terms and process.

Uninsured items are not able to be refunded or returned or claimed. 

Return shipping if required is the responsibility of the buyer, though we can arrange through our freight account to save you time and money

Delivery Schedules

We send daily via Star Track to street addresses Monday to Friday.  Orders received before 5pm (Perth) time normally leave the same day. 


Most of orders arrive within 2-5 days, though can take up to 10-14 days depending on your location, the logistics provider and stock availability. 


Out of stock, special order, backorder, preorder and patience deals will take longer. Often the delay for out of stock items will be displayed on the photo of the item, this time is in addition to the standard shipping times.

Please contact us immediately if your items does not arrive within 10 days 



WARRANTY / INTERNATIONAL


Returns

We normally do not offer refunds for change of mind. If we do grant this as a special concession, it will be minus a restocking fee.

The standard re-stocking fee is $15 plus 5% of the value of the item. For some bulky, customised or special order items, a return may not be possible or the restocking fee considerably higher. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, though we can often use our freight arrangement to save you money. 


Warranty Claims

Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the manufacturers process and procedures.

If we can save you some money by going through our freight account for the return freight, we may be able to offer that. 

Local Laws & Rules

It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) you are ordering are deemed legal and safe by your local, state and country laws. 

Any issue with law enforcement, customs, quarantine or any other is your responsibility. 

Any additional costs associated in regard to your order are your responsibility. 

If there are problems with the delivery of your order, we reserve the right to liquidate your order to cover any costs associated with your order or the delivery of it. 


INTERNATIONAL

We send internationally via the most suitable carrier. A quote will be obtained and will need to be agreed to and paid before we send. Insurance is required for all International orders. 

We will contact you with the best available service and only confirm the sale once agreed. Any transactions automatically charged will be refunded for cancelled sales due to incorrect shipping quoted on the store. 

All customs, fees, taxes and quarantine fees / applications / conditions are the buyers responsibility. 

We take all care, but take no responsibility for any potential errors caused by any reason including web hack...
