Items damaged In Transit:

If your item is damaged in transit, please take 3 photographs of the damage, including the packaging. 

You must file a return (details below) within 48 hours of receiving the goods. 

Please describe as many details as you can including a statement declaring that you did not drop or damage the parcel / item(s) yourself. 

Damage on your own property is not covered, including theft, damage by animals or other. 


Warranty Claims

In the case of an item not performing as expected, please take photographs of the item from at least 3 angles to show there is no physical damage.

Please file a return (details below) and include a detailed description of the issue within 48 hours of noticing the issue.

In the 'Account Menu' on the right, Press "Returns"

Fill in all the details required with a detailed description of the problem. 

Select to upload supporting photographs

We will process the return and advise of the next course of action. 

If we can determine from your description and photographs, we will either provide details on how to return the item or will follow the manufacturers process for returns or warranty claim. 

Refunds will only be processed once the claim is approved.
